“This is a heartfelt message to anyone out there who may be “debating” about whether to adopt a Doberman. If you have doubts, you obviously have not contacted Desert Harbor Doberman Rescue. They have the experience and the love it takes to place these dogs properly in their “forever homes.” I gave a home to a precious pup they saved from being euthanized because she was in very poor health. After extensive vet work, her foster even slept with her night after night to comfort her and medicate her every four hours! They cared for her until this little girl was well enough to be considered for adoption. Fortunately, I was granted the gift of adopting her (DHDR has strict rules about checking out the adopting family, as it should be!) and giving her the love and attention she so much deserves. She is the love of my life and she gives of herself to everyone who sees her and appreciates the fact that there is a Doberman rescue that cares! Without Desert Harbor Doberman Rescue, Abra would not have had a chance. Think about it and save a Doberman‘s life!”
