Bogart is a special guy, and one of our favorites in the foster circle! He is 2-3 years old, 70 lbs, red/rust, and docked with natural, LARGE ears. The boy does have some cranial malformations from a previous head injury, but we think it just adds to his goofy and lovable demeanor. His has been examined and his radiographs studied; he has full range of motion and is not in any pain. He did have some liver issues when he first came to us but his enzyme levels have stabilized and he will just need to remain on some simple supplements for the remainder of his days. He does fantastically with people, small children, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and peacocks! Regardless though, they would need a proper introduction before being allowed to run free and wreck havoc together. He is learning basic obedience from his foster family, and that the crate really isn’t so bad. Overall, the boy is SUCH a lover and we have nothing but awesome things to say about him. Many of our volunteers wish that they could keep him permanently, he’s just that great! Whoever ends up with Bogie is going to be one lucky home!
