Dallas is an incredibly sweet and devastatingly handsome middle-aged doberman. Found abandoned in a park where he remained for days, Dallas was on the euthanasia list at the county shelter. Dallas can not move his hind end, although he will have short bursts where he can pop up and move a couple feet.
Dallas loves to cuddle and loves other animals. Sadly, after visiting three of the top specialists in the state, we’ve determined that Dallas’ paralysis is not reversible and will likely progress further over the next year. Dallas is currently being fitted for a cart and is not in any pain. He absolutely loves life and is in a wonderful foster home. However, we are open to finding that perfect someone who would like to care for Dallas during the last year or so of his life.
