Betty and Brownie are a 10 year-old bonded pair. They were adopted together as young dogs from the Yuma Humane Society, and surrendered back there this year when their owner could no longer care for them. Determined to keep this life-long duo together, we pulled them from from the shelter before they could be separated.

They both get along with other dogs, cats, and farm animals. Easy in the car, at home, in public, and in a crate, they are a dream. While Betty has a bit more pep in her step than Bonnie, they truly hate to be apart. Brownie loves to collect toys, and will create a pile of her favorites in a special place. Betty is the queen of head nudges. Both are affectionate and sweet. Their foster mom describes them as “the most loving fosters we have ever had.”
