Groot is a 5 month old male Doberman. He does well with other dogs and people. Groot hasn’t experienced a ton yet, so he appreciates patience and reassurance from his people. Groot is currently working on slow, positive socialization, something that should continue with his new family. Groot’s ears were cropped prior to coming to DHDR, and will need to be posted for a number of months. Groot is potty trained, and knows how to use a dog door. He is working on crate training. Groot loves to get affection and play fetch. He loves the kiddos in his foster home. This special boy will be a treat for any family up for ongoing, patient training.
